All credit card transactions will show Seja Moda as the company.

We use Priority Mail- it is fast, trackable and the best price. Most orders can ship for $5.35 (can take up to 3 bars). All gift jars and more than 3 bars start at $11.35 to ship. We will notify you by e-mail a tracking number and date of shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Soaps are a very personal product, so we can accept returns only on unopened soaps within 30 days of purchase. Please e-mail us to request a return authorization code (info@sabao.net) and the address to send the return. We do not accept any returns on custom orders.

Upon receipt of the return we will refund the cost of the merchandise less the shipping and handling charge of $3.00. You can expect your refund within 4 weeks from the time you mailed your return to Sabão.

For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured parcel post.
